I am a knowledgeable leader with extensive experience working in schools. I am currently a Key Account Manager at Arbor Education and I have worked in education since 2009. Prior to Arbor I spent ten years honing my craft and analytical skills working in various data and leadership roles.

I believe in an inclusive whole-school approach, where all teams – from class teachers to pastoral leads, heads of department and administrators – work together to inform areas of intervention and support in order to remove barriers to academic achievement and progress. This means utilising attendance, behaviour and achievement data – alongside the curriculum model and pastoral knowledge – to best identify and support students, meaning that interventions can be initiated swiftly for those who require them.
